I found something When find phone information there was a option called 'Mobile Radio Power' it's 

show off, when i turned it on and go back it's off automatically...

what i do..

Full Flash, with Mi Flash tool & UMT Qc Fire 

Full flash with Readed File (full with 100% working set)

Flash with Unchecked Protect imei.

Flash only Modem (0,1,2).

Reset Efs, Write Efs, Write QCN, Change Imei (Imei Change illegal Just For Check)


All Operation Successfully Done By UMT

So If any Expert Have Another solution, or any one solve this problem Plz Share Opinion.

I Have more than 3 handset and return already 5.
